FRANCINE CONSTANTINEAU

Mrs. Constantineau graduated with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the "École Polytechnique de Montréal" in 1972.

In 1981, she joined the "Société québécoise d'assainissement des eaux" where she was responsible for the design and implementation of the professional firm's accreditation system and in 1983, Mrs. Constantineau was promoted to the position of Director of the Purchasing Department.

In 1985, wishing to optimize its projects, the Society entrusted Mrs. Constantineau with the implementation of the value analysis methodology. Mrs. Constantineau set up, in 1986, her own company, VALOREX inc., whose main objective is to expand the value analysis process to other fields of activities. The company is proud to dispense services to clients such as Hydro-Québec, Bombardier, the City of Montreal, Pratt & Whitney, Nortel and Gaz Métropolitain among others.

In 1993, Mrs. Constantineau initiated the setting up of the Canadian Society of Value Analysis (CSVA) whose objective is to contribute to the competitiveness of Canadian companies. Following conferences rendered at Value Analysis International Symposiums, held in the US, Séville, Paris and London. Mrs. Constantineau is now world renowned for her innovation in the use of value analysis and was recognised by the SAVE International for her contributions.
