Mr. Wohlscheid has been active in VE/VM for nearly 30 years, and a long time SAVE voulunteer and officer at the chapter, national and international levels.
He has received numberous awards and commendations for his VE/VM service including from the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of Energy, Federal Highways Administration, and the American Academy of Environmental Engineers.
He is a registered Professional Engineer and a Certified Value Specialist (CVS). He has been actively involved in VE programs for other organizations such as the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, City of New York and the City of Philadelphia.
