Current Projects Education Project The Foundation Board unanimously agreed it should concentrate it effort on introducing value methodology in college undergraduate curricula. Preparation of a Project Plan is now complete setting forth detailed objectives, long range schedule, and funding requirements. The plan includes the following features:
Carbon Project Carbon is a resource that can be value engineered as surely as money, energy, labor, weight and time are resources! The Foundation's goal is to promote the consideration of carbon emissions as one key factor benefitting the adoption of any recommendation made from a value study. To do this, value engineers must learn how to calculate carbon emissions or have accurate information available on the carbon emissions of all alternatives being considered.
